Mesothelioma? What is Mesothelioma ? it is a Cancer?

base on my readings .... some one say mesothelioma are very dangerous to our health once you have this kind of illness there is no going back you will suffer for it for ever as long as you live right? what about medication? is there anything to do with this kind of sickness? mesothelioma is a cancer? do we have a chance to survive it once we have it or just suffer waiting to take our lives?
